Malcolm has a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading and has over 20 years experience in the property sector having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986. His expertise is in the fields of Landlord & Tenant, valuation of commercial/industrial property and residential leasehold reform. He is a qualified Arbitrator and also experienced in appearing as an Expert Witness in Valuation Tribunal proceedings.

Jonathan joined the Company in January 2008 having completed a Masters Degree in Property Valuation and Law at CASS Business School, City University, London. He forms part of the professional department and deals with Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Valuations for a wide range of properties and clients.
